If the product is damaged or defective:
Notify us as soon as possible using the Contact Us Page. Do not try to file a claim with the carrier, we will handle that! You will need to provide us with the following information when you contact us: the Item Number and the Invoice Number. These numbers will be printed on both the packing slip and your invoice.
DO NOT SEND THE ITEM BACK UNTIL WE TELL YOU WHERE TO SEND IT!
In addition to the Neatthings warehouse, we use additional fulfilment centers for shipping our products. To help us keep our products separated and for inventory purposes, we need to make sure the product is returned to the correct location. In addition, we may not even want the product back. In some cases we may ask you to email us a digital photo of the broken item. In some cases, we may send you a replacement and ask you to dispose of the broken or defective item. Either way, we ask that you hold onto the item until you hear back from our customer service department, Normally within 24 hours.
